Who we are

Wild Fae Coven is a private holiday let at La Bourdette, above Massat in the Ariège, France. For anything in this policy, write to hello@wildfaecoven.com.

What we collect

If you send an enquiry we receive your name, your email address, your requested dates and whatever you choose to tell us. That is all.

Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs (IP address, browser, time of request) for security and to keep the site running.

Why we hold it

To answer your enquiry and, if you book, to manage your stay and meet our legal obligations as hosts. We do not sell your data and we do not use it for marketing.

Cookies

This site sets no tracking or advertising cookies, and we run no analytics.

Any cookie that appears is strictly necessary for the site to work.

Who else sees it

Our hosting provider (Vercel) processes requests on our behalf. If you pay by card, our payment provider processes the payment; we never see your card details.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not lead to a booking are deleted within twelve months. Booking records are kept as long as French law requires.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you may ask to see the data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to hello@wildfaecoven.com and we will act on it, normally within 30 days.

You also have the right to complain to the CNIL, the French data protection authority.
